Johan Gooris is an accomplished international business executive with more than three decades of experience across manufacturing, international sales, commercial real estate, strategic marketing and project finance.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Johan successfully owned and operated a marble, granite and concrete manufacturing business in Belgium for more than 12 years, developing extensive expertise in construction materials, production management and business operations.
Over the course of more than 20 years, he has served as Sales Manager and Sales & Export Director across a diverse range of industries throughout Europe, Latin America, and the United States. His international commercial experience has enabled him to build extensive business networks and successfully manage complex cross-border transactions.
Johan has also been actively involved in commercial real estate developments in Marbella, Spain, and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, providing valuable insight into property investment, development and international markets.
Prior to founding International Commercial Finance LLC, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Marcom Strategies Panama for six years, where he advised businesses on commercial growth strategies and market development.

Tjaart Steenberg brings together a unique combination of commercial banking expertise, property development knowledge and international finance experience.
He spent more than 10 years in commercial banking with Standard Chartered Bank, where he developed a strong understanding of corporate banking, commercial lending, financial analysis, client relationship management and structured finance.
His career also includes over 20 years of experience in property development and the construction industry, encompassing architectural drafting, quantity surveying, land surveying, cost accounting, project planning and construction management. This multidisciplinary background enables him to evaluate projects from both a financial and technical perspective.
For more than two years, Tjaart has worked in international commercial finance across Latin America, Central America and the Caribbean, supporting project sponsors by facilitating introductions to established international lenders and assisting with financing strategies for commercial real estate and development projects.
